I love fresh herbs.  Unfortunately, Long Island’s winters are not friendly to herbs.  Most are annuals here.  

I purchased Sweet Basil, Rosemary, Greek Oregano and a new herb for me, Boxwood Basil.  I have never heard of this herb and cannot wait to experiment with it.  Now on to planting them outside and starting to use them.  Tonight I will use some of the Rosemary for chicken.  Welcome Spring!!!!!!
