This beautiful box of fresh fruits and veggies arrived this morning in a cooler.  The Salmon cakes were frozen and in an insulated bag.  There are beautiful rainbow carrots, broccoli, black Kale, potatoes, cauliflower, pineapple, apples, peaches and something that I have never used or seen before.  In the upper left corner. RAMP.  Since I am not cooking today or tomorrow I will try it out on Friday.
