This weekend marks the end for “The Greatest Show on Earth”.  Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus is now at the Nassau Coliseum for the last time.  I am happy that they chose to have their final performances ever in my hometown, and Saturday evening I am taking my son (and his family) to the circus for the last time.  I took this picture of the Circus Train today as it sits on the rails behind Nassau Community College as it has for decades.  There were a lot of people there today with the same thoughts that I had.  What a shame that this Circus will no longer be available for generations to come.
